Overlooking the financial district of Manhattan, views of the city drove the modern design.
In the heart of New York City on the 20th floor, the owners requested a clean contemporary interior for their 5,000 square foot home. Lila Friday combined two new apartments to create the total living space. The apartment is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows, allowing the magnificent cityscape to be a main focal point. Soft muted colors create a soothing atmosphere to showcase the owners’ antique poster collection. All architectural woodwork was designed by Jay Meinhardt at Friday & Associates.
